The Premium Wisewool Pillows are crafted to last from these local and imported materials:

• Japara cotton
• NZ farmed and refined 'Cloud' wool... courtesy of our friends at Wisewool
• YKK invisible zip
• Spun polyester thread
• Recycled polyester ribbon label
• Calico cotton - drawstring bag (we make these in-house)

• DO NOT machine wash the pillow. Pure wool does not appreciate being roughed up or heated when wet. We advise regular airing to reduce washing intervals.
• The pillow covers are washable, first remove the Wisewool Cloud wool fill, then;
  - 'The Original' pillow cover can be washed as you would with any other white, cotton laundry. Washing in cold water will ensure no shrinkage.
  - The 'DuoLuxe' quilted wool cover is best machine washed in a front loader (or top loader with no agitator) using COLD WATER and a delicate or wool cycle with wool detergent. Dry naturally, and finish off in tumble dry with no heat, if needed. Can be ironed at a warm temperature.
  
• Whilst the Wisewool Cloud wool is out of the cover, take advantage of letting it breath and catching some sun. Wool loves the sun as much as it loves the fresh NZ air. The rays will naturally deodorize, disinfect, and renew your bedding. Alternatively, you can gently hand wash the wool in warm water with a wool detergent and let drip dry.
• NOTE: You might finds traces of 'vegetable matter' such as grass/straw/thistle embedded in the Wisewool. Some do make their way through the double-scouring (washing) process, but they should soften and not feel prickly. We think they are a reminder of how pure and natural the Wisewool is 💚

Firmness guide: Medium to Firm. Remember, you can easily adjust the comfort level by removing or adding wool fill. Give the pillow a good shake and fluff up to rebalance the fill.
